If a full mast and rigging survey is required, the mast(s) must normally be unstepped from the vessel. Only a limited survey of the mast and rigging can be provided if the mast is stepped. Under exceptional circumstances I may be prepared to undertake a full mast and rigging survey with the mast stepped.
